Told on arrival massage wasnt going ahead. They called day b4 but didnt leave a msg. Threading was good but facial left my face sore & tight, products applied cold, unsure if all dermalogica. Took a week 2get my skin back2 normal. Refused part refund

Very good experience but it was a shame she didn't switch on the ceiling lights which is really relaxing and play relaxing music.
