I was worried because I had booked it at 6am that morning and my appointment was 9am that Nicola was not going to be very good/experienced as most beauticians are fully booked on a Saturday morning but I was nicely surprised as she was very experienced and friendly. I will be using her again

Great wax and fantastic customer service. Treatwell messed up the booking and I turned up when it was closed, but Nicole couldn’t have done more to accommodate me and make up for the mistake that wasn’t even her fault. It was also probably the quickest and least painful wax I’ve had!
