Fab wax as always. Even after 4 months of no waxing. It was more painful as a result than normal but Patti did all she could to make it comfortable and is always so chatty and lovely. Always so thorough which I love.

Patti is incredible. Super professional, but at the sime time warm and personable. Her skill is next level, half the time I forgot she was even doing anything while she was distracting me by chatting. I'm no hero, hair removal really hurts me usually, but this was great, and the results are amazing! She really knows her stuff, too, Can't recommend her enough.
