Efficient and good wax, felt very at ease with Patti. It is obvious she loves her job! Some music in the room would be nice.

Very nice and clean experience. Friendly staff. Professional behaviour. However a bit missing privacy (i.e. towel when lying on the bench and therapist staying in the room to get dressed) and distraction (no conversation or music).
