Very friendly and professional staff. The lady took time to thread my eyebrows and really asked me exactly how I wanted them and during the treatment if I was happy.

This is the second time I've had the alkaline wash treatment for fine facial hair and it seems to be doing quite well. It does work better for fine hair.
