I have visited this place on a few occasions for eyebrow threading and I have happily returned. My last visit was poor and I wrote a letter of complaint via email after I returned home much later that day, having had the opportunity to properly inspect the eyebrow threading, with my glasses on.
Unbeknown to me, the threading was conducted by a trainee. The trainee was observed and managed by someone I assumed to be more senior and experienced than her because the observer had to tidy up the threading at the end. I was not asked if I was happy for a trainee to conduct the treatment.
It felt quite sore at the time and soon after it was finished but at the time, I felt this was not uncommon. The observer mentioned that my skin had been nicked at the end of the treatment, as she applied the post-treatment cream, following it being corrected.
It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed one skin-nick under my left eyebrow and four skin-nicks under my right eyebrow. It was difficult for me to check in the salon because they have standard conventional mirrors. I have a magnifying mirror at home and it was on then that the state of my skin became apparent. I was sore for several days.
The whole reason I have my eyebrows threaded is because I have become increasingly long-sighted and it’s actually a treat for someone else to tidy my eyebrows!
The email was written constructively and I received no response from them. Yet - I received the automated email asking me to rate them! Two weeks passed and I can only convey in this review how I feel about the treatment and their response to me.
I very much doubt I'll return to Rajni.
