I only have Rajni as one of the other staff has previously bruised both myself and a colleague through waxing. I was disappointed to be kept waiting 10 minutes after my due appointment, given Rajni's complaining when customers are late, she slotted in a walk-in, keeping me waiting. She also left mid-wax to answer phone calls, which again, I'm not a fan of as I have limited time when I get there. That having been said, her waxing skills are second to none.
Amazing service and lovely atmosphere :) wouldn't ever go anywhere else and very good prices. Amazing staff and make you feel at home.
The Whole experience is always brilliant, lovely staff also so friendly & all treatments have been brilliant and pain free
