My skin was cut when my eyebrows where being threaded, a lot of hair was left. I was not aloud to stretch my skin. Told lady to stop threading my upper lip but she just continued, saying next customer has arrived as I was 10 minutes late. But when I left there was no one waiting. Hair was also left on my Hollywood wax as well. Terrible experience, never recommend. Also no towel is given to cover yourself whilst waiting for beautician to arrive.
