I booked with Rosy for Brow Wax and Lash Extension.
While receiving brow wax Rosy left me on the bed for 12 Minutes alone in the room while she went and spoke to another client. Rosy didn’t explain she would be gone for a few minutes but upped and left.
Rosy reappeared and carried in with Waxing and then proceeded to Thread my brows in which I had asked not too, due to a bad experience in the past. Rosy explained it would be best to be threaded to be more defined and carried on.

Rosy is amazing! She is really, really passionate with what she does. I was running late, and when I called to advised she recommended where to park. From the moment I stepped in, Rosy made me feel at ease. I can genuinely say, I had the best manicure & pedicure I have ever had. No rushing, lovely conversation & felt extremely relaxed!
