Rukiye was lovely and very professional. I had three services: The eyebrow threading was well done, and I appreciate that she also did some trimming to make sure that it was nice and tidy. I also had a brazilian wax done for the first time. She was great about making me feel comfortable, although it was quite painful at times! And finally, I had an underarm wax which I have had done multiple times before. Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing. I've never had strip waxing before so this may be part of the problem. However, I was left with a lot more stubbly/broken hairs than usual and my underarms were sensitive from the repeated waxing over the same areas. I just felt it was a little harsh. About four/five days after the waxing I also had a lot more regrowth than previously. The bikini waxing lasted almost two weeks though. Since its my first time with the strip waxing I can't really say whether it was the technique or the strips, but for next time I will definitely seek out hot wax, which I think is better for thicker hair in more sensitive areas. I wish this had been offered as an option.

The threading was perfect as usual and Rukiye is lovely and very good at her job. The only comment I have is regarding the Indian head massage. The massage was very good, but the chair used wasn't great, it rolled a bit awkwardly and wasn't the softest thing to sit on for such a long time. I would give top marks if the chair was a bit more suited to the massage.

I did the luxury pedicure, it was great. The hot paraffin treatment is amazing. I recommend this venue and would definitely come back.
