Sam was an hour late for the appointment. Luckily she communicated this and we were able to reschedule but I was then disappointed with the treatment. I had my eyebrows tinted and waxed and she waxed the same area on a sensitive part of the eyelid 4-5 times and ended up waxing some of my skin off. I have a bad wax burn now which I can’t hide as there’s a dark patch of missing skin on my eyelid and it isn’t going away for at least a week. She did give me the choice of a refund which is good but…
