a bit loud, massage bed is tiny, i'm a uk8 and my arms weren't really fitting by my side on the bed. room small and the masseuse isn't and she kept brushing my lowers legs and feet and my hands whenever she walked by which was a bit unpleasant. treatment is mediocre - she seemed to be in a real rush (i was 5 minutes early and was seen to straight awy though) and went from legs to shoulder to legs to shoulder and again doing the same thing as if she ran out of things to do but there was still time left. A bit odd and not very relaxing.
