The service was far less satisfactory then I would expect from here. My appointment was 30minutes late, the bathroom was dirty, and the wax itself was patchy. I asked if the therapist was very busy and she said no. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.

When I arrived she was clearly stressed and busy. The atmosphere was not pleasant. Then she didn’t even ask how I’d like my eyebrows and she ended up threading them way too thinly - I really don’t like them. I am getting married soon so I hope they grow back :( won’t ever be doing there again.
