Let's start from the beginning. I had a difficulty finding the salon, I texted the mobile I have been given but I didn't receive an answer. After 15', I managed to find the salon, but I was told there was a clash of appointments because I booked through treatwell and the lady told me I had to wait 30 min. I ended up waiting for 1 hour and when finally was my turn, the lady kept looking at the clock. She also asked very personal questions which made me feel uncomfortable the whole time I was there. She did a good work, the Shellac manicure lasted for 2,5 weeks, but for £27 I would expect cuticles done too. I am afraid I won't be returning.
