I went in my lunchtime, quick and easy. Waxing was good but I found a few stragglers when I got home. It's conveienent to work when i need waxing in a few weeks.

The individual eyelash extensions were actually clusters, so my treatment was refunded and Sandy provided complimentary strip lashes as a goodwill gesture
I had the deep cleansing facial and the manicure with shellac nails. Overall the experience was pleasant and the therapist was very communicative. The nails are still in good condition with no chipping (3 weeks later!) and she was really helpful and patient with finding the right colour. The facial was good, however I believe it was a bit too abrasive for my skin as it became very dry and had a few break outs in the week afterwards. The therapist did ask how much I wanted though, so I wouldn't hesitate going back and just ask her to be a bit more gentle/use more gentle products.
