A decent Hollywood wax. Not as pain free as others I've had, but very thorough! Haven't found anywhere else better in Richmond now Ayna has left Beauchamp on Eton Street.

Great value for money.. Will definitely be returning again.. Sandy is very helpful and friendly.. Salon feels clean and tidy..
Had a hollywood wax and eyebrow thread. When I arrived the beautician did not introduce herself, the treatment room is a little small but is okay. I changed and when put my clothes on the side but when the beautician came into the room she dumped my clothes in a basket due to the small room which I was not too pleased about. When completing the wax she asked me to pull my skin but it felt as though she was telling me I was not doing it right, I am not sure if this is just her nature but it was a little off putting. She then did my eyebrows which I was very pleased with and they weren't even very red!
Experienced therapist made me feel comfortable and relaxed. However they only take cash which I was told at the last minute.
