I turned for my appointment at 5pm to be told that Men's leg waxes were not available despite having booked and paid for treatment. Only Back waxes are available for me. I was then told that my refund could not be processed the Treatwell office was closed for the day.
There was only one Therapist in the salon and she accepted another customer at 5pm, so i am unsure how she was planning to do also do my treatment had I been female. Overall a very disappointing experience all round. Thanks,
