Overall pretty good. I would say quite a bit of hair was missed but the beautician did ask me to check that she hadn’t missed anything. However it was hard to tell when the skin was still sensitive so it wasn’t apparent until later in the day. 60 is a lot for a wax I guess it’s standard in London though. It was also my first wax so I was wondering if that’s why I had stubble on my legs. Was unbelievably fast which was good but the beautician could have put me a little bit more at ease.

Avoid at all costs! If I could I wouldn't give this any stars. I was hoping for a relaxing 2 hours with an hours aromatherapy massage and hours facial. It was the most disjointed unrelaxing massage I have ever experienced. Imemdiate heavy kneading, no warming up of the muscles, jumping from one keg to the other snd thrb ny back in 10min intervals. Felt like a rolling pin was being used on me, and it continued despite my wincing. The movements were fast, rushed and rough. Sandy left to use the toilet mid treatment telling me she would massage my legs again during my facial which she did for less than 5mins. I hoped the facial would be better but again her technique was rough and even when i told her she carried on. Massage cream was put all over the delicate eye area and eye mask placed all over the the eye, meaning that it also slipped between my lashes. My face in particularly chin and nose area has been over exfoliated and so roughly treated that my skin barrier is now damaged. There was no question about my skin type or if I have sensitive skin. Told Sandy it was all very rushed and unrelaxing which denied. But my 2 hour treatments were over in less than 90mins. After several conversations with Sandy and emails with Treatwell I've been refunded half of what I paid but I wish I never set foot inside this beauty salon .
