I had a good gel manicure done at Sonal's however this is my second time going there and it's also the second time my appointment wasn't on time. I booked in for 10am to ensure I was the first customer. I was surprised when the staff member didn't arrive at the salon until 10.15am. I mostly did not appreciate the staff member providing other treatments to other people whilst in the middle of my appointment (She went and did someone's eyebrows) In the end I was there for 1 and a half hours!!
