I had a good gel manicure done at Sonal's however this is my second time going there and it's also the second time my appointment wasn't on time. I booked in for 10am to ensure I was the first customer. I was surprised when the staff member didn't arrive at the salon until 10.15am. I mostly did not appreciate the staff member providing other treatments to other people whilst in the middle of my appointment (She went and did someone's eyebrows)
In the end I was there for 1 and a half hours!!
Treatment by Dhrunali•Gel Nails Manicure
I had a set of shellac nails done which were nice. However when I went back to have them done again, the previous shellac was drilled off, which was VERY painful. Even when I said it was painful the nail tech continued. After the appointment, the colour I chose discoloured and looked awful. My nails split far down causing a lot of pain. I’ve had them done somewhere else now and the damage done to my nails is shocking - they are thin and bendy and will take months to get back into good condition
