Very disappointed. I was made to wait 45 mins for my facial. I complained about the wait but was spoken back to about they was nothing they can do. A simple phone call to let me know that they were late 45mins would be appreciated. The facial wasn't worth £30. I won't be going back again.

Amazing service as soon as I came in. The treatment was wonderful and relaxing, especially the wash. The lovely lady (Paulla i think) that did my blow dry did a perfect job, and listened to exactly how I wanted it! 100% going again.
