I was led to the back room with a lady. Received no towel, nor did she leave the room while I removed my pants or under wear and laid down. Another lady knocked at the door and just opened the door while I was laying there, which I didn't like. She used normal and hot wax. The hot wax was too hot, and I let her know. She said it was meant to be. I'm now stuck at home on a Saturday night with burns to my intimate area.

Gr8 experience for all beauty treatments at "Beauty by Sonal" always. This time I did leg and hand waxing... was so smooth and painless. All thanks to Ciera :). She was so good and doing with full attention. Will definitely recommend this parlour to try out, you will definitely like it.
