Gr8 experience for all beauty treatments at "Beauty by Sonal" always. This time I did leg and hand waxing... was so smooth and painless. All thanks to Ciera :). She was so good and doing with full attention. Will definitely recommend this parlour to try out, you will definitely like it.

The room in which I was waxed was very small, literally like just room for the bed. There was no music playing or dimmed lighting which I would be used to in previous salons. The staff member didn't really talk to me at all which didn't help as I was nervous about the wax and in pain so I thought a chat would help. After she had finished I noticed she didn't touch my pubic line which extends from the Pubic hair to the belly button in a straight line which I assumed would be included in the Hollywood wax. I questioned this and I was told it would be an extra 5 pound which I paid as I was in a rush with no time to further question. When I got home I realised she did not touch my bikini line at all which I know is included in the Hollywood.
