I selected hot wax and got strip wax, the technician had no time and rushed everything, i left with bleeding underarms that are still sore 3 days on

I have visited Beauty By Sonal twice now, first time for a colour correction to get highlights and second time to get a blow dry and my clip in extensions put in. I have had a wonderful experience with them and will continue to go back. Very welcoming and accommodating. My highlights look great! Sorted out my hair completely. My new trusted favourite. Hollywood wax by a beginner. Left with many hairs remaining that I pointed out and weren’t able to be removed as it would also remove skin since she’s already waxed that area. Oh and 2 burns. Will not be going back.

I booked for facial and eyebrow threading. The website said there will be a consultation before the session to determine the type of skin. This never happened. In fact the lady hardly said a word to me. The steamer didn’t work and she tried doing extraction without putting me under the steams. I had to ask her to stop before traumatizing my skin. At the end I was told I can clean my face in the bathroom which was not clean. After this I was scared to let them do my eyebrow,I paid and just left.
