Tracy is lovely. She is really friendly and very very good at her job! I rang before and changed my gel nails to an eyelash lift and said I would pay the difference on the day. She was happy to do the change. My eyebrows and eyelashes look how I imagined and I feel so much better. I have had my nails done before and loved them too and they last for ages! I will use Beauty by Tracy again. Thanks Tracy! 😁

Tracy was just very lovely and friendly, I just found the waxing slightly rough, and a bit was left from the back which is a bit annoying but that was all
