Most painful threading experience ever. Been to this salon many times before but this time it was a different therapist. Left with a bleeding lip and woke up with several sores the following day. Will absolutely not be returning unless I can select the therapist in the app when booking.

Could be a bit more professional. No introductions upon entering. Was a little rough during my wax when she was picking at the hot wax in order to tear it. I think it was the skill of this staff member In particular. Other staff have been better...It would be good if the names of staff/uniforms/could be provided in the to make bookings more accurate.

The lady who waxed me was unbelievably sweet. Was my first time getting waxed and she was very compassionate and patient such a sweetheart . Thankyou xx

very clean but also very basic. Leg wax was good but bikini wax left me with quite a few patches.
