The end result of the Hollywood wax was great. The actual process was less great. The therapist was lovely but she did not make me feel very confident, none of the usual waxing procedures were followed (ie cleaning the area beforehand, leaving the room while I undressed, or giving me any aftercare tips)... overall fine and good for a last minute appointment, but slightly more stressful than it could have been.
