Dirty dingy place. Don’t know it’s on Treatwell to begin with. Went in for a full leg and Hollywood wax. Decided again the Hollywood wax when I saw the place but was ok for a quick leg wax. The towels are dirty. The bedding isn’t clean. There’s a window looking out onto Tottenham Court Road, that isn’t covered properly with blinds or curtains, only a poster. The bed faces that window and looks towards other office buildings/shops in the area. They also only except cash, no card. This place is not good!

Have been having a hollywood wax for 10+ years now and this was the most painful thing i've ever had to sit through. She applied the wax in very large strips (attempting to remove most in 3 goes it seems) first it wasn't dry and she pulled too soon resulting in a sticky mess, from there she proceeded to ever so slowly pull the wax away - no fast quick pull - you could feel each hair slowly pulling out from the root. After this she then slathered me in strip wax (although I had paid extra for hot wax service) and went over the same areas again and again!!! By this stage I was feeling pretty red raw, and to add insult to all the pain I sat through I still came out with plenty of hairs missed! Don't waste your time here with the chance of getting the owner or not. The girl confirmed for me that day that it is in fact her friends business so perhaps the good reviews fro others were from the Owner performing the service. The girl I had seriously had me wondering if she was even a trained beauty therapist, and there was only beauty certificates on show in the salon for the owner.
