Was on the phone the whole time when doing the treatment. There was no conversation on how the process would go or what color I could dye my eyelashes.

It was fast and really well done. I was just surprised when I arrived at the institute it was on the first floor of a general corner shop and you had to enter in the shop to find the institute. If you don't mind about having a luxury environment that's the perfect place to go.
