The place was slightly hard to find but then you'll realise theres quite a few signs haha the place is very simple, youll go in and theres a few chairs and a room divided room. The experience in general was very good, the lady was very friendly, fast and most of all she has the attention to detail which not people beauticians and therapists have. It was a very good experience and iwould defo be back again.

First time booking through Treatwell and I get the impression that they do absolutely no research into the places they associate themselves with. My lash lady was very nice but it felt like she had no idea what she was doing. She's pulled out half my bottom lashes as they kept sticking due to the fact she didn't put any protection between on bottom lid. it was generally not a relaxing or enjoyable experience and my lashes look quite wonky. very disappointed

The beautician who has done my waxing did wear gloves and tried to pluck my few left out underarms hair with her fingers, which was very odd. Overally it was OK, but I do not feel hygiene is up to standard and the manner was not very professional.
