Very small venue went with my daughter and had to sit in same room but Zoe very professional, would certainly go again.

Location is at prime place at Beckenham. Zoe is very friendly. But I did not like the facial that I had in pamper package. She applied couple of creams and masaage on my face for abt 15-20mins. No scrub, no steam and no face pack. This is the worst facial I ever had. There is no difference in my skin and texture. I mainly went for Facial and thought at least it will be OK, bur very disappointed and I felt all my money wasted. though Back massage was good and manicure padicure was OK. I will never go there again.
