Unfortunatley this is the first time i have had a service in which i was so dissatisfied that i requested a refund. The appointment started of late and was very unprofessional. The nails were stuck at an angle and this seemed normal as when i showed the lady this she did not agree but instead say nothing. Although she asked about the shape it was a mess. It was clear that nails was not what they specialise in. Unfortunaltey i was flying 2 days later in which a nail broke. And after requesting a refund i only got shop credit in which i would never go back for any treatment due to unprofessionalism. This has been an awful experience and i would not recommend.

Wax was efficient and pain free, and staff was so friendly. Whenever I’ve had a bikini wax before I’ve had a cooling cream put on after but didn’t get that here so felt a little dry, other than I would recommend for the price!

Great treatment.. therapist was very knowledgeable and gave lots of useful advice and recommendations. Very child friendly which I loved and they made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely return!

Staff are very friendly and caring and go out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable with whatever treatment you have. They are experienced and knowledgeable in the fields they offer. The lady clearly explained what she was going to do and the reasons why and the massage lasted slightly longer than the allotted time. Have been back 3 times since would highly recommend their service they make you part of the family
