The facial with Larissa was absolutely lovely. She made me feel 100% comfortable, explained every step of the facial and the ambience was lovely in the room. My skin was left completely glowing and so smooth afterwards. It was a lovely treat.

I was very pleased to see that my pedicure was going to be done by Larissa as she is a very nice lady. I was a bit disappointed though that the choice of vinylux colours were limited. Also Larissa on this occasion seemed to rush through & cut my big toenails too short. She should have checked the length with me first. It was only when I got home that I realised they were a bit short & I can get ingrowing toenails quite easily. I also noticed that she didn't deal with hard skin areas.
