She seemed distracted during the wax, although she did use the full allotted time. I have some ‘stubborn’ hairs which have taken a lot of work by others to remove. While she rightly didn’t want to damage my skin by over-waxing, she didn’t seem to know how to deal with the situation, eventually stopping rather than troubleshooting. This left me post-wax with patches of hair. Perhaps the lighting wasn’t great, as she was surprised when I pointed them out.
