I went for a lash lift and was really disappointed with the outcome. The salon was pleasant however my lashes are totally uneven with one side stuck to my eyelid and the other side barely curled up at all. It was obvious to both of us that they didn’t look right however she was not able to fix the problem after some small attempts. I got this treatment done for my holiday so feeling really upset with the outcome. I would not recommend

Booked my patch test and i was asked to come in an hour earlier than what i orginally booked. I turned up 5 minutes before my appointment to find nobody in the reception area and waited 15 minutes. Nobody was there. I left completely disappointed and shocked with the service. Complete waste of my time especially as I agreed to come in earlier which took time out of my working day. Very poor service in my opinion. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
