I turned up for my appointment today and the place was closed. Tried to call them multiple times, finally getting a text asking me to text them. I asked where they were and again no reply. Got caught out in a hail storm whilst waiting to hear from them. Really bad service. I even confirmed my appointment the day before so they knew I was coming.
