Staff were lovely and skin clean afterwards, but not a very relaxing experience - noisy environment, faulty equipment, therapist going in and out of the room multiple times while I had face mask on (always a bit disconcerting when you can't open your eyes!)
Julia was lovely and my shellac manicure looks really great, however after 1.5 weeks I already have a few chips which shouldn't really happen...
