The hairdresser was looking at the clock since the beginning of the appointment. She welcomed me saying that my usual hairdresser Gabri was not there. I showed disappointment and she took it personally. I had to implore her to straighten my hair after blow dry and she was saying that it was already 7 pm. It took 10 min longer the result is poor and beginner level. Poor technique, pulled my hair with brushes. Seemed not passionate about what she was doing. I explained this is for special occasion

Absolutely lovely! Gabriella is so quick and professional, and we had a lovely chat. Cut my bob down to a pixie cut with no problem whatsoever and talked me through the entire process to make sure I was happy! Will definitely be coming back xxx
