Really lovely treatment - lasted an hour and the girls were so nice! It was a very calm experience and I felt very pampered and relaxed!

Please avoid this establishment. Poor customer service by Cristina/ the hairdresser. Not worth your time. No passion for her job whatsoever. I cancelled Wahanda deal, as she didn't seem interested at all. There was excuse after excuse not to do my hair. Waste of time.

Small and intimate salon, lovely haircut and conditioning treatment, left feeling very happy! Only possible improvement would be a cup of tea or coffee. Overall very good experience.

Great hair stylist - got highlights and a cut and great service! Really happy with my hair, and the stylist was well experienced and a lovely girl. Would highly recommend!

I was interested in one of the deals I saw here on Wahanda. Came there today as I live nearby to ask if highlights are suitable for my dark hair. The girl on reception who appeared to be also the hairdresser was very annoyed from the moment I enetered the venue, as I interrupted her private call. The girl was very unhelpful, even when the place was almost empty and she was idle by her desk. She didnt advise me at all and she talked to me like she wanted me to leave asap and se was very very arrogant. I left the venue shortly deciding not to purchase the deal as I would not like to have my hair done by hair. I was almost disgusted by her attitude.
I dont want anything and in fact binned the promotion leaflet once I left the salon. I just want you to be aware of this horrible customer service and hopefully it will never happen to another customer again.
