My treatment was good but lacking in any instruction of what was going to happen. it served a purpose but wasn't a relaxing experience.
Ultrasound Therapy
Waste of money. Booked Brazilian blow dry treatment. My stylist (Gracie) spoke minimal English. As a result she couldn't explain how the treatment would be carried out, couldn't understand how I wanted my hair cut and - worst of all, the treatment hasn't even worked. Then to add insult to injury, she roughly pulled my hair when washing it. Terrible. Avoid at all costs.
I have tried to complain to salon directly but manager is "too busy" to speak to me. I want a refund.
