I was interested in one of the deals I saw here on Wahanda. Came there today as I live nearby to ask if highlights are suitable for my dark hair. The girl on reception who appeared to be also the hairdresser was very annoyed from the moment I enetered the venue, as I interrupted her private call. The girl was very unhelpful, even when the place was almost empty and she was idle by her desk. She didnt advise me at all and she talked to me like she wanted me to leave asap and se was very very arrogant. I left the venue shortly deciding not to purchase the deal as I would not like to have my hair done by hair. I was almost disgusted by her attitude.
I dont want anything and in fact binned the promotion leaflet once I left the salon. I just want you to be aware of this horrible customer service and hopefully it will never happen to another customer again.

There was too much product on my nails, it looks a bit rushed. Other than that , not too bad, not sure if I'd go back though.

I'm so pleased with my hair cut - thank you very much! The stylist understood exactly what I wanted right away and I had a conditioning treatment that has left my hair feeling great. I'm looking forward to booking again!

Easy to book online, salon within walking distance from tube station
The salon is small but clean, my hairdresser did a really good job of my full head of highlights. I explained that I didn't want to go too light, that I preferred a natural look. She recommended a mix of 3 shades and the result is brilliant.
I am fairly pleased with my haircut too, my hair is very thick and I managed to keep the length that I wanted but it has been thinned out, so left the salon feeling very positive.
Would I go back ? most definitely, it's not a flash salon but its a gem of a find
