Really relaxing at the start with a facial then the microdermabrasion was pain free. Didn’t feel rushed at all. Going back for another in 2 weeks

As I entered into the spa, it was clean and I felt really relaxed. A lovely lady offered me a glass of water. Although I refused, she was so polite and had a lovely smile. I was seen on time for my treatment. The rooms were really clean and relaxing. It didn't feel like I was in London compared to the grey weather that day. The therapist who did my treatment was so lovely. She explained everything and the rooms were fully equipped. I wasn't at all distracted by any noise. The therapist was experienced and knew what she was doing. It was a really good detox for me and I'll definitely be going there again.

Fantastic massage but the room was not warm enough and there was no heat blanket in the bed so the whole experience was spoilt by being cold whilst being massaged.
