The staff and facilities are lovely. The wax used isn't the most comfortable as it's on a roller and if not hot enough it can pull the skin, but otherwise I'd highly recommend.

I had a a Brazilian wax here. Eleni was lovely, very friendly and chatty and really put me at ease. The wax was much less painful than experiences elsewhere, although there were quite a few bits left at the end. Overall I was happy and would recommend.
