I came in for the facial which started 15 mins late. I was sitting next to a man filling in his form for colonic irrigation. He was then greeted by the member of staff wearing a disposable apron. A bit icky. I then had a lymphatic facial where the machine was used for nearly the entire time with no cleansing or massage until I requested a change as it was getting so tiresome. The room was so small, probably the width of less than 2 single beds. There seemed to be no provision for examining the face and I was never asked about any skin concerns or offered a glass of water. The very new member of staff was sweet but didn't really seem to know what she was doing. When I left they realised I was not happy and called me to say there had been a mix up with facial and would I like a free service to make up for it. I agreed to a massage, I asked who it would be with and was assured it was someone more experience than the girl I had before. I arrived for the massage to find I would be treated by the same poor girl in the same tiny room, so small that the bed had to be diagonal for the her to be able to walk around the bed. My massage which was was not very good at all lasted from 6.33 to 6.55pm and throughout this time I could smell the drains and hear someone using a plunger in the next room. It must be from all the colonics (gross). When I left then received a phone call to say i needed to come back as I hadn't paid for my massage.
Really bad, such a shame for Crouch End.

Felt really relaxed and at ease. Was a bit nervous at first but Elena made everything really comfortable and easy. She's really skilled and knowledgeable and gives great advice. Would recommend this thoroughly!

I usually have a great wax here, but this time I was really disappointed. The girl who did the treatment was lovely, but the strip wax that she was given to use was not good. It hurt when being applied and I was left with not all of the wax removed (by no fault of the therapist - she did the best she could with a bad product) If you're getting a wax here. Make sure you ask for hot wax!!!

The massage treatment was really good. It was just such a shame that I only got a 45mins massage after I had paid for an hour. I have been to this place before and loved my massage. But this time i was completely disappointed. After about 40 mins into my massage the masseuse left the room for well over 5 mins then came back and gave me some water. I thought the massage seem short but didn't look at the clock. It wasn't until I dressed and left the building that I was only in there for 45 mins after I had paid for an hour.

I actually decided to change my appointment to a mani and pedi and there was no problem doing so. The treatment was professional and relaxing.
