I have had some nightmarish waxing sessions and I've had some really good ones. Alice is so far the best waxing therapist I've ever been to in London. She is very professional and efficient, she knows how to wax with minimal pain. It really was not unpleasant at all, which is how I find most waxing experiences. It was actually quite relaxing. I will definitely be going back as long as Alice is working there. She is also a massage therapist and I have yet to book myself in for a massage. Very happy customer :)

I had a great no nonsense experience. The place is rather nondescript, but very clean. The hallway leading to the treatment rooms is quite dark, only lit by subtle blue lighting. The beauty therapist was extremely professional and made me feel relaxed during the treatment (and let's be honest, having a hollywood wax/brazilian wax can be a somewhat embarrassing situation to be in). She was quick and thorough and was kindly concerned about any discomfort, but it was so fast it was barely painful, thank goodness! Will definitely go again.
