The person at the reception area called me to confirm my appointment half an hour before my appointment. Did not mention anything specific . When I got there the tanning pipes were so weak I actually felt cold after turning of the fans. I feel a bit betrayed because I was not told about the machine not being so strong and hardly working

I have been to the spa a number of times, always found it to be clean friendly and relaxed. The facilities are good and staff friendly. Will recommend this place even though it's new to Wahanda the has been around for 15 years and its all word of mouth.
my masseuse was a lovely French girl; she humoured me when I tried to practice my French with her. She explained what a balinese massage was like (a kind of deep tissue massage) as I'd never had one before, and focused on the areas I'd mentioned needed a bit more work. very calming and relaxing, I'd definitely go again.

I thought I was having laser lipo for 45 mins, the treatment was different and only lasted 25 minutes. I feel a little cheated to be honest. I feel if the treatment on offer changed I should have been notified.
