The experience was a bit disappointing-after all the good reviews, I did expect more. The waxing was really painful (I can bear a lot but this was a bit too much at times). The girl who did it tried hard, however she asked if I wanted a different wax almost at the very end of procedure. If I had been offered it sooner, I'd probably be much more content.
The facilities are very basic and not too relaxing. Maybe some music could brighten up the mood of the place.
It was a good price though.

It was my first Hollywood wax and the beautician explained the process to me very thoroughly about the different waxes etc. The beautician who worked on me made me feel comfortable and was not awkward which helped my self consciousness.
The only thing I was concerned about was the double dipping i.e. using the wax stick on me then dipping it back into the pot, which was probably done with other customers too. I don't think this is hygienic or safe, so although everything else was great this was a red flag for me. If you don't mind this, definitely have the treatment.

I booked a manicure & pedicure package, when I went to salon I also got a haircut. The staff were quite good & very professional, I was pleased to experience a good service as seen in other comments. Only downside was the nail polish sort of got smudged even after
hours of application, this maybe due to quality of nail colur used. The haircut was professional & quite happy with it.
