Staff were lovely and friendly, the lady explained what she was doing (cleansing, putting a mask on etc) lovely face massage- very relaxing! Can not fault the service or the massage! The only thing I didn’t like was the room was a little cold and they had a phone in the room that kept ringing so it was distracting and hard to relax when the phone kept ringing- would be good to take the phone out the treatment room.

Perfectly nice facial but lacking in atmosphere ... dimmer lights and maybe some relaxing music would improve that. Also, the 15 minutes ust waiting with the mask on was a bit dull, a short massage (hands feet or scalp, perhaps) would be a nice touch
