Great blow dry but my hair cut doesn’t look straight.

I went for wash, cut and blow dry.i am so delighted with my haircut.the finish was so professional finish.i recently moved to welling and after trying couple to salon's on the high street I have to admit I found the best one.

My hair wasn't cut straight and it was only when I got home did I notice. The hairdresser persuaded me to get one length and not layered then proceeded to give me a jagged bob. During the haircut, the lady was on the phone and whilst the service was fine, it was just a very bad experience. The conditioning treatment was, however excellent.

Do not trust the picture and the information.
Waited 10mins for appointment.
Have not received the treatment which i was expecting.
The telephone constantly ringing while i was having massage which was not relaxing at all.
Not good massage techniques at all.
