The place is lovely & the ladies are great, I thought my haircut looked great but when I got home and looked at it properly the ends were t cut evenly and now I have to go somewhere else to get it cleaned up.

Terrible! I'm still waiting to get my nails and toes done. I booked and paid in advance but I was left waiting for more than half an hour to get my treatments done. Poor time management! They need to learn to manage their bookings and allow time in between them so there is no overlap. It did not help as they had to deal with some demanding, high-maintenance customers as well.
